Palace Nova is an integral part of Adelaide's Cinema experience including a variety of films, festivals and events.
This exciting position is a fast paced, hands on role that requires the successful candidate to be a strong leader and competent in staff management with an attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks. They will also need to be passionate and innovative with the ability to drive revenue growth.
In order for you to become a part of our team it is important that you have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar, fast paced environment
- Achievement of financial targets on a shift to shift basis
- Strong food and beverage experience
- Experience in event management and co-ordination
- Customer service focused
- Strong communication skills with staff and customers
- Previous experience in staff training and development
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
The entertainment industry is a 7-day a week environment and as such in this role you would be expected to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends as the business requires.
