Community Services are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Citiplace Rest Centre Attendant on a part-time, permanant basis over a 24/7 roster consisting on day, afternoon and night shifts.
This role is highly customer service focused and provides a very high standard of cleanliness and safety within the Citiplace Rest Centre.
The Rest Centre Attendant supports the City by:
Ensuring the security and comfort of customers and staff within Citiplace Rest Centre, whenever possible using preventative measures before an incident occurs
Provide excellent, responsive and proactive customer service
Reporting damage to building, facilities, and equipment, and provide written reports on accidents, incidents, risks, and facility damage to the Team Leader
