Due to growth across the business, Centrals are seeking an experienced Civil Concrete Supervisor for commencement on our construction project located in the Northwest of WA.
You will work a 3week on/1 week off FIFO from Perth or Brisbane roster and the role will report to the Construction Manager with approximately 9 months of work.
In this key position, you will:
- Supervise workforce on site to ensure safety and cost-effective execution of scope of works.
- Provide leadership, support, monitor and assess individual performance.
- Comply with site requirements and work to schedule and meet work requirements.
- Inspect the work and ensure schedule is being met and abide by health and environment requirements.
- Have a sound growth mindset and provide workable solutions where necessary
- Complete all required reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent organisational, communication and written skills along with the ability to work in a team environment upholding our “Safety 1st Attitude”
- Current HR Class driver license
- Tertiary or Trade qualification
- Section 44
- You will have sound experience working on large-scale Civil, Concrete & Formwork projects within the mining and construction industry.
- Experience working with various QA systems and form work documents, reo and concrete.
- Experience with coordination of construction equipment.
- A strong background in civil construction, structures, and concrete placement.
- Strong knowledge of civil principles, construction methods and building codes.
