Neo Infrastructure (SA) is a progressive South Australian Civil Construction company operating in both metropolitan and regional SA.
We are seeking an All Rounder based in the Murray lands
About the role
Working on our project sites in the Murray lands of SA, you will be part of a hard-working team dedicated to delivering all elements of the project to Neo's high standards.
This role will best suit those who live local in the Mannum or Murray Bridge area or don't mind the travel.
As an All Rounder, you will have the following duties:
- Operator
- Truck driver
- Labour work
While predominantly having Operator and truck driving responsibilities, you will be required to assist the team with labour work including ad hoc leveling and shoveling as an example.
Skills and experience
As a minimum you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of the following:
- Must have White Card
- HR Licence
- Skidsteer Ticket
- Roller Ticket
- 2+ years of previous experience in a role within the construction industry.
- A positive 'make it happen' approach focused on getting the job done without compromising safety, quality and environmental objectives
- Willing to get your hands dirty
- Ability to work as part of a team
A current driver's license is essential and previous experience in machine operating is required.

- Bitumen Works
- Road works maintenance
- General civil works
- Pavement Construction (granular pavements, stabilising, sealing)
- Bulk Earthworks
- Stormwater infrastructure (pipe, pits and open channels)
- Water and sewer infrastructure
- Urban renewal
- Paving
- Concrete works
- Landscaping
- Recreational infrastructure
