As we embark on new projects, we are seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our resource industry Civil Construction Projects from inception to completion.

You will play a pivotal role in co-ordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, great administration skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The position is based in the Bowen Basin. Offering a 5/2 Roster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimations, track expenses, and identifying cost saving opportunities.
• Co-ordinate with management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and optimise efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Civil Construction Industry
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in construction practices
