Job Description:
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Project Manager. This role will be based in our Canberra office with responsibilities extending across NSW.
Opportunity Overview:
As a pivotal member of a diverse team, you will lead the strategic development, process management, and initiation of our Development Projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive project delivery, including design and planning submissions, Development Application Documents, marketing, sales processes, and project vision development.
• Manage reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews, and cash flow to ensure project success.
• Enhance the customer experience by working closely with clients and professionally managing customer issues.
• Collaborate with external professionals like Town Planners and Civil Designers.
• Actively contribute to identifying new project opportunities and engaging in business development.
• Proactively identify and mitigate key business risks.

Qualifications:

• Qualification in a related discipline (Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction)
• Profound knowledge and experience in the Development industry, particularly in Subdivisions.
• Familiarity with Development Application Processes and Civil Design Requirements.
• Expertise in project, planning, cost, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and commercial acumen.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
