We're looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Roads and Civil Infrastructure team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Providing technical knowledge, design, and project management skills in delivering high-profile WA infrastructure projects.
- Assisting with the preparation of winning proposals and client presentations.
- Preparing design reports and specifications for roads and infrastructure projects or the civil part of renewable energy or mining projects.
- A wide range of projects based on personal interest and experience level.
- Managing various small to mid-size projects or contribute to WA's signature Major Projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and 2-5 years of industry related experience.
- A good understanding of Civil Infrastructure design and ability to interpretate and solve problems to provide sound engineering advice to form conclusions in line with project requirements.
- Working and design experience with Main Roads WA or other government agencies the is highly regarded.
- Understanding of road design guidelines and MRWA standards or technical knowledge and experience in other road and Civil Engineering areas relevant to roads and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to use a road design software is highly regarded.
- Interest in acquiring or enhancing road and drainage design skills.
- Basic understanding of Project Management and a keen interest to acquire project management skills and effective project resolution skills.
- Ability to undertake work independently under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ability to work in a team and to build and maintain project team and client relationships.
- Good communication skills.
