- Build strong relationships with the leadership team, translating business needs into actionable HR strategies that drive results
- Be the 'go to' for the team - Review, refine, and develop People & Culture policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Policy development and review to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
- Oversight and management of industrial relations matters including legislation changes, disciplinary matters and/or grievances.
- Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation, policy advice, employee grievance support, performance management support, absence management and other Human Resources generalist tasks.
- Managing and leading investigations.
- Represent the company in enterprise agreement negotiations.
- Manage all industrial relations issues.
- Stive for continuous improvement across the business, will a focus to think outside of the box and introduce initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coach line managers and the team
- Implement innovative learning experiences and development programs that empower our team members to reach their full potential
- Tertiary degree level qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or associated discipline or equivalent level of of hands-on experience
- With a minimum of 7 years previous HR experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in grievances, performance management, and complaint investigation
- Proactive, organised professional who can work autonomously
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement across the business
- Proven experience in Awards and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
