MASS Resources is a national labour hire company that works in the Civil and Construction, Mining and Resources industries. We have opportunities for ongoing and short-term work, and because of this we encourage people on student visas or with limited availability to apply as we may be able to help you! 

What would be your responsibilities?

• Labouring duties on different projects - Civil (Subdivisions, Roadworks, Rail Projects)
• Assisting tradesmen
• Digging/Shovelling/Sweeping
• Drainage duties
• Pipework
• General site maintenance
• Committing to safe work practices
• Clean up and set up on the job sites
• Manual lifting
• Physically fit and able to pass drug and alcohol screen if required

What are our requirements?

• White card
• Good attitude and good communication skills
• Minimum 1 year proven labouring (construction) experience or TA/Workshop experience in a civil environment
• Plate compactor or power tool experience highly regarded
• Reliability and have the ability to work in a team
• Reliable transport as some sites are not easy to access with public transport
• Australian working rights and can provide a contactable work reference
• Tickets and proven experience on civil sites / workshop environments, performing duties such as Dogging, Hoist Operating and Forklift are highly regarded
