SalaryTecside Group are seeking a Civil Leading Hand for our client based in Camden Airport. This role will assist the Site Manager and organising the on-going crew of civil labours to follow day to day operations and ensure the project runs accordingly and safely.
*Hours 7am -4pm with OT
*Pay Rate $50 p/hr + Super. Temp to Perm Opportunity
About you
- Labouring or machine operating background highly advantageous
- At least 2 years' on-ground construction experience. Preferably with a mid-sized civil or excavation contractor
- Experience in airport sites or rail desirable but not essential
- Good work ethic, consistently on time, enthusiastic, and have a can-do attitude
- Willing to travel to site
- Class C license
- For the right candidate progression into a full-time permanent position and future management
