ABOUT YOU:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered Civil Engineer (CPEng).
- A minimum of 15 years Civil Design experience.
- Proven career in the local Sydney Market.
- Experience across urban land development, preferred. Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Public Infrastructure/Domain.
- Strong Leadership and Team management skills - is a must.
- Knowledge and proficiency utilising relevant software packages, including 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC and AutoCAD, according to Australian Design Standards.
- First class communication skills - written and verbal.
- Capability to work in a teamorientated environment to meet deadlines.
- Business Development experience will be key.
- Provide assistance in the managementof the existing business and contribute to its continued growth.
- Design Management and Project Management of major Urban Development projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to standards.
- Lead an existing and growing team in Sydney.
- Develop, implement and follow strategic plans.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
