We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating heavy machinery and working in a civil construction setting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with general labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plant Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of operating heavy machinery and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Construction White Card
