Exciting opportunities exist for Skilled Plant and equipment operators with civil construction experience wanting to develop themselves as part of an experienced and professional team.
This is a drive in / drive out position and is ideally suited to applicants from the Mackay / Rockhampton / Emerald / Moranbah regions.

Due to consistent and targeted growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking to employ experienced operators to assist in the delivery of our civil projects across BMA mines within the Bowen Basin.
The Role
Allstate Civil are seeking several skilled Plant Operators with a proven history of operating to a high standard on civil and mining earthworks projects to join our team. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with the below capabilities:
- Excavator (Final Trim)
- Articulated Dump Truck
- Tandem Watercart
- Padfoot / Smooth Drum / Multi-Tyred Roller
- Service Truck
The successful candidates will possess:
- Strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude
- Extensive civil plant experience
- Very high commitment to safety
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Relevant and current RII qualifications
- Ability to work well within a team
- Great communication skills
Candidates with a current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and relevant RIIs are preferred. Current BMA site inductions are advantageous.
