The Opportunity:
We are assisting one of Queenslands top civil contractors in finding Civil Supervisors to deliver the next stage of mega infrastructure projects in Queensland. Experience in TMR, Drainage, Subdivision & Structures will stand you in good stead of being consider for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any potential hazards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Civil Supervisor experience.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the civil construction industry.
- Experience in TMR, Drainage, Subdivision & Structures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
