Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the Northern Construction Team. The role of the Civil Supervisor is to deliver projects, ensuring both financial and non-financial objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have extensive knowledge and experience in delivering road infrastructure projects, including TMR & Local Government work. Your demonstrated success in supervising civil construction teams and understanding of Quality Assurance systems and procedures are crucial. You will ensure and promote safety across your allocated project site, manage plant and labour resources, manage subcontractors and suppliers and monitor cost vs budget daily.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in supervising and leading civil construction teams
- Knowledge of planning and programming works, completing look-ahead and long-term works programs
- High-level understanding of best-practice WHS and a commitment to ensuring a safe workplace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to FIFO/DIDO when required
