Contract Civil Supervisors needed on the Gold Coast for an asset maintenance renewal program to ensure the successful delivery of this critical project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a long-term initiative aimed at maintaining and renewing essential infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of asset maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices in project management and asset maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Contract Supervisor or in a similar role within asset maintenance, utilities, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of maintenance practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, plans, and specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
