Civil Supervisor - Subdivisions - Eastern Suburbs

As a West Australian based Civil Contractor, our client has spent the last 10+ years developing and building their expertise as a leading professional in the Earthworks, Underground Services and Land Development sectors. With a vision to not only be an industry leader, but create an environment where everyone feels part of the team.

They are passionate about what they do, and are looking to take on an experienced Supervisor to join their team to support them through their growth.

The Role:
With work throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area, this role will see a passionate, and driven individual manage and supervise large subdivision projects in the Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee employees, subcontractors and labourers
• Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Have a strong understanding of OH&S methods
• Complete reporting on site records

About You: 

• 3+ Years experience working in Civil Construction
• Experience working on local subdivision and land development.
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth

On Offer:

• Salary between $130,000 - $160,000 (Depending on experience).
• Superannuation.
