Nightshift Civil Supervisor - Perth Metro

Core Talent are looking for experienced Civil Supervisors for a 5 month contract position in the Perth Metro Area to join our clients team. This client delivers projects on a large scale and are well known. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a good team player.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience across FRP projects is essential.
• Efficient supervision of Crews, Plant, Machinery, and subcontractors on site
• Drive accountability throughout the workforce.
• Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment.
• Well-developed skills in planning and scheduling

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Complete daily diaries, take 5 reports, shift reports, and other administrative documentation.
• Program works 1 to 2 weeks ahead for effective project planning.
• Willing to work nightshift
• Proven experience as a supervisor in civil construction projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
