Collar Group are currently working alongside one of the region’s leading aboriginally owned & operated Civil Construction & Earthmoving businesses.
We are currently recruiting for several Civil Supervisors for a variety of road upgrade & infrastructure projects. Roles are working FIFO on a 8:6 ex Perth.
Permanent positions working on a variety of BHP projects
Vehicle or vehicle allowance with Fuel card, Mobile, Laptop will be included.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
- Supervise and lead a team of construction staff and site operatives, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as required.
- Monitor construction progress, identify any potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Previous experience in a similar role, Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience in civil construction, road & infrastructure upgrades
- Strong problem-solving skills.
