About the Position:
In the role of Trainer & Assessor, you'll be pivotal in providing extensive training and assessment to our Operations team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all training endeavors comply with QLD legislation and our internal policies. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting training sessions and assessing operators and tradespeople.
- Ensuring strict adherence to training and assessment guidelines.
- Conducting necessary site orientations.
- Maintaining accurate training records to meet compliance requirements.
- Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116)
- Computer literacy is a must
- Exceptional organization, communication, and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel for on-site assessments
- Proficiency in conducting civil construction operations, including but not limited to:
- Conducting excavator operations (RIIMPO320F)
- Operating skid steer loaders (RIIMPO318D)
- Conducting roller operations (RIIMPO317F)
- Conducting vacuum excavations (RIICCM303)
- Operating light vehicles (RIIVEH201D)
Bonus Qualifications:
- High Risk Work license for:
- Elevating Work Platform operation (WP)
- Slewing mobile crane operation (C2)
- Dogging (DG)
- Forklift operation (LF)
Desirable:
Certificate III in Civil Construction
