Right now, we’re seeking a Claims Advisor who will play their part in this shared purpose. Who’ll bring their authentic selves to work, demonstrate compassion and care, and collaborate in a team to improve the everyday — for Victorians, our colleagues and our partners.

About the role

As a Claims Advisor, you will manage claims in a pool based environment to ensure our injured clients receive the appropriate treatment and services. In this fast paced and varied role, you will manage the provisions of medical and rehabilitation services whilst engaging with stakeholders including clients, service providers and key internal stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Strong written and verbal communication

You will have an ability to communicate with clients, lead great conversations and provide the right solutions within a legislative framework.

Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions

Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate liability claims management decisions in line with the claims management delegation.

Highly motivated

An ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment, with an eagerness to learn and apply feedback and coaching to achieve targets and expectations.
