Our client is a leading insurance firm, that is backed by one of the most recognisable and high performing Australian businesses. They specialise in a wide variety of insurance and insurance claims but had a vested interest in the travel, automotive and retail space. This opportunity is due to growth within the team and will be a temporary, full-time role for a minimum duration of six-months. Location, Melbourne CBD.
Job Description
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assisting members with their insurance claims, disputes, and payouts.
- Answering all inbound communication from members and third parties via phone and e-mail.
- Writing e-mail reports to members, repairers, and third parties about payout status.
- Communications internally with account managers for claim updates.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communications skills to join the hardworking team as a Claims and Disputes Officer. You will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and be able to keep members informed about the status of their claim. This is a fast-paced inbound role and one where you will be challenged every day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours in the CBD, with 2 days WFH offered.
