This opportunity is due to growth within the team and will be a temporary, full-time role for a minimum duration of six-months. Location, Melbourne CBD. Job Description Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assisting members with their insurance claims, disputes, and payouts. Answering all inbound communication from members and third parties via phone and e-mail. Writing e-mail reports to members, repairers, and third parties about payout status. Communications internally with account managers for claim updates. Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests. General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required. The Successful Applicant We are looking for a candidate with excellent communications skills to join the hardworking team as a Claims and Disputes Officer. You will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and be able to keep members informed about the status of their claim. This is a fast-paced inbound role and one where you will be challenged every day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours in the CBD, with 2 days WFH offered.
