The Role:
As a Claims and Collections professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls with insurers, customers and third parties to gather information and negotiate claims.
- Managing a ledger of credit hire rental invoices.
- Negotiating Claims and settlements with various insurers and third parties
- Manage a portfolio of claims.
- Collaborating and effectively communicating with multiple departments.
Requirements:
No prior experience in collections is required as we provide full training for the right candidate. However, the following skills and qualifications would be advantageous:
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in Claims and Collections or the Automotive Industry is advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Organizational skills with great attention to detail.
