Resource Recovery Officer
Aberdeen
Permanent Part-Time (23 hours per week)
The role:
Council is currently seeking a Resource Recovery Officer to join the Sustainability team. The role will primarily be required to assist customers and undertake general labouring duties at the Aberdeen Resource Recovery facility.
This role is predominantly based within the Aberdeen Waste Management Facility with working days consisting of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. There may occasionally be the need to assist at other waste facilities.

- Salary range of $1028.90 to $1152.40 per 38 hour week ($622.75 to $697.50 per 23 hour week) + 11% super + operational allowances + potential overtime and the opportunity for salary progression

What we need from you:
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar customer service role and have the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and independently as required. They will also have experience in the operation and maintenance of hand tools and minor mechanical equipment as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service.
