ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Junior Administration Officer assists in the administrative function of processing recovery activities for impaired consumers and commercial equipment debts.
This role is permanent, full-time with hybrid flexibility - some days can be worked from home, some from the office in Milperra - Sydney, NSW.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with information inputs on the Recoveries Portal
- Assisting field agents with difficulties including uploads to the Portal
- Working closely with the Recoveries team to help identify and resolve issues, and work within the agreed escalation program
- Administer data entry, record keeping and invoicing
- Providing support with reporting and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Management
- Answering the calls and providing assistance with queries
- Comply with Slattery values and principles, and actively engage in workplace activities
- Willingness to learn and further grow own professional skills in the area of secured debt recoveries including regulated, non-regulated contracts and relevant legislation
