Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment plans and arrangements.
- Reviewing delinquent accounts and determining appropriate actions for recovery.
- Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate the recovery process.
- Monitoring payment arrangements and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Identifying and escalating accounts with potential legal action or further collection efforts.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken.
- Providing regular reports on recovery activities and outcomes to management.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 4 years experience in collections or recoveries within the Asset Finance sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
