What will you be doing?

• Manage a portfolio of property and motor insurance claims from initial report to final settlement
• Liaise with clients, insurers, adjusters, and other relevant parties to facilitate the claims process and provide regular updates on claim status
• Negotiate settlements with insurers on behalf of clients
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on claims-related matters, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory change

What do you need?

• Property claims experience in an insurance brokerage
• High level of customer service and communication
• Eagerness to progress within the insurance industry
• Understanding of the claims process
