We believe it’s people that make a business successful. And as part of our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a new Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic and welcoming team.
What you’ll do
- Provide advice on making a claim and the processes involved
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Analyse claims to ensure they satisfy the policy conditions
- Ability to communicate with the client when the claim is not covered
- Keep accurate and comprehensive file notes
- Maintain relationships and communication with all relevant parties: adjusters, insurers, letting agents and owners
What you’ll bring
- Commitment to honesty, integrity and transparency.

- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to assist others, as and when required.
We’d really like it if you also have:
- Strata insurance experience
- Tier 2 RG146
- Minimum 12+ months’ experience in a financial services role
- Experience with Microsoft programs
