We have a Full-Time opportunity with one of our favourite Sydney Insurance Broker clients.
Our client is a medium-large sized Insurance Brokerage with a high performing team of successful brokers, claims managers and support staff. The Director is looking to employ a Full Time Claims Manager. The office has a great vibe, the team is very sociable and gel quite well together.
The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Claims Consultant, they have a wide variety of Strata & Building clients. The role of a claims manager will be to manage a portfolio of claims from end to end, mostly in Strata/Building. Our client is willing to look outside Strata and employ somebody from a Property or even Motor claims background. Strata is a niche area, and a good area to specialise in. All team members have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills under the direct guidance of Senior Management.
About you
With sound experience in Claims / General Insurance, you are known for your high attention to detail, responsive approach to taking action and supportive nature. You are friendly, and can be relied upon to produce high quality work every time. Also, you’re good with systems and procedures, you will leave nothing to chance to ensure efficiency in your processes. Sincere and conscientious, you will be appreciated for your calm and composed nature when the pressure is on.
This role also offers a hybrid set up - 2 days from home, 3 days in the office. Also, an annual 3 day conference in Tasmania, plus other employee perks.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Minimum 1-2 + years general claims experience, client is open to those with Property or Motor, or another area.
- Relatively stable working history
- Confident with Word, Excel, Outlook
