• If you are looking to move out of a high volume claims environment and use your personal injury claims experience, this will be ideal for you.
• Manage a portfolio of personal injury and sickness claims from lodgment through to finalisation.
• Using your stakeholder engagement experience, working with Brokers, claimants and medical providers
• You enjoy working in a small team, who are all there to support each other
• Conduct timely investigations in relation to coverage and medical issues
• Being responsible for managing any disputes effectively
• Engagement of appropriate experts to assist with your claims assessment
• Having a sense of achievement at the end of the day, knowing you really have helped make a difference to a claimant's situation

What you will bring to this vibrant company:

• Personal injury claims management (minimum 3 years) will be a passion of yours, enjoying assisting those in need of support during more difficult times
• Relationship management comes naturally to you and you thrive on the interaction with other stakeholders
