An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant in Darwin for the CEO & CFO. This role offers high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
Our client is the largest electricity producer in the Northern Territory. They own 596 MW of installed capacity and contract an additional 5.1MW from independent power producers. They own and operate eight power stations and 65 generating units, including a battery energy storage system in the Northern Territory.
We have been engaged to assist with recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant based at the Berrimah HQ in Darwin.
What will you be doing?
You'll provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO of Territory Generation. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating communication between the CEO, CFO, and senior management.
- Coordinating with subordinate executives and managing priorities.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Managing visitors and appointments.
- Updating corporate information and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Providing secretarial services, including meeting minutes and filing.
- Drafting correspondence and compiling reports.
- Offering guidance to administration assistants.
- Adhering to safety, environmental, and quality policies.
