Role Overview: Join the Property Liability Claims team within a premier insurance organisation. You will be managing a portfolio of claims from validation to finalisation, compromising of both complex and regular claims.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage 70-80 Property Liability claims efficiently and in line with service standards.
- Determine contract coverage and liaise with service providers.
- Maintain realistic claim reserves and implement appropriate claims handling processes.
- Collaborate with technical areas to action claim direction.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing a portfolio of Property Liability claims.
- Minimum 2 years' experience of claims management experience.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
- Commitment to customer service and effective negotiation skills.
- Relevant qualifications pertaining to insurance (desirable not essential).
