Role Overview: Join the Property Liability Claims team within a premier insurance organisation. You will be managing a portfolio of claims from validation to finalisation, compromising of both complex and regular claims.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage 70-80 Property Liability claims efficiently and in line with service standards.
Determine contract coverage and liaise with service providers.
Maintain realistic claim reserves and implement appropriate claims handling processes.
Collaborate with technical areas to action claim direction.
Skills and Experience:
Experience managing a portfolio of Property Liability claims.
Minimum 2 years' experience of claims management experience.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
Commitment to customer service and effective negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications pertaining to insurance (desirable not essential).
