Key responsibilities include: Accurate and timely payment of accounts and weekly benefits Registration of claims and early notifications Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner Active participation in ongoing projects under management About you: Your education, knowledge and skills will include: Strong computer skills especially with Adobe and Microsoft Office Team player with a focus on customer service excellence Professional phone manner Clear verbal and written communication skills Organisational skills and ability to prioritise…
