Claims Support Coordinator

Randstad are currently working with a leading state government agency who are seeking a Claims Support Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in providing support to their claims department.

Position details

• Assignment - Immediate start to 31st January 2024.
• Hourly rate - $34.60/hr + super
• Location - Geelong office 3 days/Work from home 2 days

Your role

As a Claims Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Handling high volume administrative tasks- data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
• Demonstrate your ability to work independently and take initiative, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Act as the point of contact for addressing inquiries and providing support to clients and health professionals over phone and email

Skills & Experience you will need:

• Previous experience working in a claims administration or support role
• Experience working within the health or medical industry (desirable)
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with providers.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to adapt to new technology and systems.
