About the role
CBUS has an exciting opportunity for an Insurance & Claims Support Officer to join our Insurance Operations team. The role provides insurance and claims administrative support for our Compensation Program. This role is for an initial term of 6 months (FTC).
You will be responsible for daily reviews, verifying claims data points and maintaining member records within Salesforce (CRM). You will also be reporting on various different issues related to the compensation programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve queries. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a highly engaging program that makes a difference to our members.
About you
- You will have gained exposure within a superannuation insurance function, and have an understanding of the general claims process.
- You will have demonstrated attention to detail and have strong administrative and clerical skills.
- Your dedication to achieving positive outcomes for customers/ members will be key to success.
- You are comfortable with data records and have experience managing and amending multiple files with a high degree of confidentiality.
