In this role, you will play an integral part in enhancing systems experience for both our users and customers.The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. You are self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining high standards during times of change, and resilient when facing challenges.Your new roleProvide support and guidance to users across all Claims systems including and other integrated back-end systemsCreate, manage and execute system testing including UAT, PVT and Regression.Manage our Enquiry Inbox by responding to a wide range of requests from the business and/or ITReview and reconcile Inbound / Outbound Document Management system issuesInitiate and/or participate in workshops to gather requirements to be documented and identify an optimal solution with the Product/Business owner and our development teamsRaise and manage system issues and liaise with user and IT to drive resolutionsIdentify and implement process improvements and assist in the development and implementation of assigned projectsAbout you:General Insurance Claims experience with experience across Claims SystemsStrong analytical, problem solving and process mapping skillsTime management and organisational skills with a solutions outcome focusExceptional negotiation and influencing skills with an agile and critical mindsetAbility to form and maintain stakeholder relationships as well as effective communication skills across a wide range of levelsAbility to work autonomously, show initiative and establish priorities around competing tasks and timeframesSkills to manage and perform testing under challenging timelines and environments.About QBEWe can never really predict what’s around the corner, but at QBE we’re asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
