Our client is looking for a HR & systems specialist to join their dynamic team for a 6 month FTC. This industry leader is offering a progressive, flexible and fast paced working environment with employees who share drive, passion and ambition.
Key Accountabilities:
- Updating policies, procedures & visa compliance
- Coordinate and support P&C operations, systems, projects and people initiatives
- Help deliver continuous improvement alongside an exceptional employee experience
- Build strong working relationships with third party vendors, managers and employees based on credibility and open communication
- Deliver training and mentoring to all levels
What you will bring to the role
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms
- You will have 1-2 + years of experience in a People & Culture role within a fast paced environment.
- You will be a relationship builder and have the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative function.
