In this 12-month max term role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 10 employees in the claims retention department.
The role:
- Guide and coach team members, fostering capability development and learning opportunities.
- Balance and monitor performance priorities, creating a collaborative and engaging team environment.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership team to provide ongoing support to your team
- Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns, handling escalations, and making critical decisions on claims based on policies, regulations, and company guidelines
- Insurance industry experience from claims, sales and service or retentions
- Proven hands-on leadership skills, with a passion for empowering individuals
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and effective problem-solving.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis to enhance team performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
- $95,000- $110,000 + Super
