Our Government client is looking for a Clarizen/Planview Administrator for a 12 month contract, 2 days in Melbourne office.
*Must be Australian Citizen and willing to obtain Baseline Clearance*
What you'll do:
- Deliver hands-on AdaptiveWork/Clarizen services and administrative assistance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AdaptiveWork/Clarizen, assisting users in resolving issues promptly.
- Efficiently manage and resolve issue tickets while upholding a high level of service quality.
- Oversee AdaptiveWork/Clarizen access and licenses, including user management and group creation.
- Support project managers and directors in leveraging AdaptiveWork/Clarizen for scheduling, risk management, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain accurate dashboards and reports, conducting regular upkeep.
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and utilising AdaptiveWork/Clarizen, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of its functionalities.
- Exhibit proven expertise in administering and configuring AdaptiveWork/Clarizen settings, workflows, and user permissions to enhance platform efficiency.
- Utilise strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address issues and optimize processes, ensuring smooth operation for all users.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical users, conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Showcase proficiency in projects, PMO, or business administration.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of Microsoft, Confluence, and Jira.
