About the role -

• Ability to plan contemporary and engaging units of work in collaboration with colleagues.

At BCE our teachers are required to:

• Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
• Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

About our school: Holy Spirit School is a Catholic primary school situated in the northern Brisbane suburb of Bray Park. It has a student population of 500 students and prides itself on delivering high quality, inclusive education.  Our motto of Heart, Mind, Spirit permeates throughout the school and in the everyday happenings in classroom and community activities.  Do I have to be Catholic?

If this role does not require you to teach Religious Education, you do not need to be Catholic.
Yes, for primary and Religious Education teachers.  Regarding a pathway to become Catholic, some employees opt to undertake the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults).  We support all teachers with Accreditation to Teach pathways after you start with us.
