Estia Health Blakehurst is our newest addition to the Estia Health family, joining our Kogarah and Bexley homes to offer a choice of care and services to the southern Sydney community.
What is the opportunity?
Estia Health Blakehurst is looking for an experienced Cleaner to join our team. You must have the ability to work mornings, afternoons and weekend shifts.
The successful candidate will support our residents’ and team by maintaining a safe, clean and home-like living environment.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Provide a high standard of cleaning services, waste removal and stock levels
- Cleaning and sorting of laundry
- Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors and staff
What do you need?
You will bring to the role your passionate and caring nature and a drive to maintain a clean and attractive environment;
- Certificate II or III in Cleaning (highly regarded)
- Experience in a similar or related role
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
- Capacity to organise and prioritise your workload
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety principles, including chemical safety standards
