The Role:
We are looking for an experienced cleaner in the Townsvillearea that are highly motivated, passionate and results driven for a large retail shopping centre. The purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of cleaning, hygiene, and presentation with excellent customer service & standards.
The Person:
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with other cleaners and security in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a team environment, whilst completing tasks autonomously.
- A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
- Strong time management skills.
- Delivery of five-star customer service and standards.
- Outcome focused and standards driven.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience in cleaning is essential.
Skills and Experience:
- Proactive and able to work unsupervised.
- Work in a fast pace and busy Shopping Centre
- Experience working in Shopping Centre cleaning teams. (Further training will be given to the successful candidate).
- Good understanding of Environmental Health & safety management also a commitment to safe working practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays.
Available Roster:
Monday - Friday 00:24 - 08:00.
This position will be based on award wages and applicants should be available for an immediate start. You may be required to work flexible hours at times, including weekends in accordance with business and client requirements.
- Must have valid work rights to work in Australia.
