Back in 1994, Family Clean started with a small cleaning run and a natural energy to serve others. As we grew, the problem we faced was the problem we now solve - finding good people who also love helping others (this is where you might come in!).
Today, still family owned, we do one thing and do it well. Selecting and matching natural homemakers at heart to provide our clients with dependable help on a regular weekly or fortnightly basis to make their everyday life easier.

But, this is more than just cleaning…
To create a true ‘home experience’ for clients, you will be able to confidently nail the basics, (dusting, bathrooms and floors) and enjoy long-term work dependability by looking after things like watering the plants, errands, basic meal prep, organisation or walking the dog.
Family Clean have thrown the term ‘cleaner’ out the window to introduce Home Assistants. An elevated domestic cleaning role that enjoys variation in work and the opportunity to use your skills and life experience to help clients by taking care of all things home life, re-energising them with a peaceful space and quality time for the things that they love (they won’t know what they did without you!).
Every home is different and every week is different. You will get to learn the unique needs and preferences of your clients and their homes, and personalise your service to bring them the ultimate home life experience.
Home Assistant Perks:
*$35 - $45/hour - clients pay you directly on your service days
*No products or equipment needed - clients provide their tools and preferred products for you to help make their house feel like home
*Apply as a team of two - Apply as a team and work with a friend or family member
*Ongoing support - Our dedicated Crew Care team who have first hand experience in this role are right by you side to share their knowledge with you and set you up for success
Who should apply?

Successful Home Assistants have excelled in service based industries like hospitality, retail, tourism, food delivery, domestic or commercial cleaning or are seasoned homemakers. All share one highly valued quality - a ‘can-do, happy to help’ service attitude - actively looking for opportunities to make someone's day better.
