About the Work:
Your goal? To provide a personalised service soooooo good that clients will feel like Mum just swept in to save the day!
How? As a Home Assistant, you're not just a cleaner. You're an anticipator, a doer and a calming presence amidst the chaos of daily life. From managing kid mess to organising pantries, from watering plants to preparing meals - you'll turn every house you enter, into one that feels like a home.
The result? You enjoy long-term, meaningful work in the same homes, week after week – no once-off jobs, no unpredictability. You'll be trusted as the glue that supports a home in its various stages of disarray and your clients will be left wondering how they ever managed without you! (Now that’s a pretty good feeling!).
The Details:
$35/hour – Direct payment from clients on the day of service
No need for products or equipment – Clients provide everything you need
Weekly and fortnightly jobs only – Consistent, dependable work
Apply as a team – Partner up with a like-minded friend or family member
Ongoing support – Our dedicated Crew Care team will have your back every step of the way
Who Should Apply?
If you’ve whipped a few homes into shape in your day and consider yourself a master home-maker - you’re just the person we (and our clients) are looking for!
Clients prefer long term placements in their homes (6-month minimum), so this work favours committed individuals looking to utilise the skills they’ve picked up along the way managing a family or care taking for another.
If you’re looking for a quick and temporary job with no skin in the game - keep looking, we’re not your people.
Kindly note: Applicants with their own car, who are happy to travel are preferred.
