THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced cleaning supervisor to oversee our cleaning operation based from at the Osborne Shipyard, SA.
Reporting into the SA Client Service Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising our cleaners onsite, inspect and maintain the day-to-day cleaning service requirements of the Client to ensure all contract obligations are met in line with our contracted requirements.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you have previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor from the cleaning/facilities management industry.
Your ability to be flexible and have a "can-do" attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will ensure that you succeed in this role.
ABOUT YOU
- A background in the commercial cleaning management (essential)
- Experience with cleaning standards and processes across a variety of industries including commercial, manufacturing, retail etc. (desirable)
- Ability to process time & attendance logs for payroll purposes
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to deliver results with limited direction
- Commercially astute and have the capability to critically analyse data and information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide a high standard of service and great client relationship skills
- WHS knowledge and the ability to manage and assess risks and hazards desired
- All candidates must have the ability to supply a recent National Police Clearance (less than 6-months old) and Right to Work documentation as part of the application process.
- Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate compliance with all government public health directives as well as Killara's customer requirements.
