We are seeking to appoint a full time CDS (Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilisation) Operator to take end to end responsibility for operational processes associated with all the cleaning and Sterilisation requirements for Olympus assets at the Clayton facility, ensuring all system and physical processes supporting the movement, cleaning and Sterilisation of products is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Reporting to the Operations Lead - Sterilisation, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Performing the functions required to manage and operate all cleaning and Sterilisation processes for products as required at the Clayton facility
- Proactively working with the Supervisor to identify opportunities to provide additional administration support.
- Contributing to opportunity improvements and process flow enhancements.
- Monitoring consumable usage and requesting for consumable ordering.
- Scheduling maintenance to machines, detergents, and filters.
- Update, process and label equipment with the required information from the sterilisation process.

What we are looking for:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:
- Experience in a similar role, with a Certificate in Sterilisation or equivalent
- Previous medical device or pharmaceutical production experience in a cleanroom environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with, and commitment to, working in a quality-controlled environment.
- Ability to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectivelyabout business policy and process to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing ERP Systems for relevant sales and service order business processes.
- Demonstrate ability in problem solving, planning and development of improvements to procedures and systems.
