Job description

Alseasons is seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Cleaning & Laundry Program Manager, representing a prominent Not-for-Profit organization providing Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, and Home Care services. In this pivotal role within the Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in inspiring and empowering site teams to deliver innovative programs tailored to meet customers' needs and enhance their happiness. Your leadership will truly make a difference!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position the Cleaning & Laundry program as a core strength of the organization, ensuring it meets the needs of the residents
  • Lead the recruitment process for the cleaning and laundry team, selecting individuals who align with our client's values and standards
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to empower your team to consistently achieve high standards of service delivery
  • Develop and implement business strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations
  • Establish effective systems and feedback mechanisms to measure the success and impact of program delivery
  • Oversee financial budgets and reporting to ensure resources are effectively managed
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to uphold compliance, safety, and quality standards
  • Responsively manage customer feedback to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of aged care, accessibility standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in implementing laundry and cleaning services programs within complex organizations
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Aged Care, Healthcare, or Hotel industries, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Track record of effectively communicating and driving programs across multiple sites
  • Experience in maintaining high standards for quality care and support services
  • Full and permanent work rights, with the ability to travel both intrastate and interstate
