About the role
ICC Sydney are looking for a Cleaning Operations Supervisor (Overnight) to supervise a team of cleaners that will be responsible for the venue presentation of the building on a 24-hour, 7 day a week rotating roster (predominately overnight) as well as ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, workplace health & safety standards are met to a high standard. As the overnight supervisor, the role also includes monitoring operating equipment to ensure that it is in good working order, and respond to any unsafe work conditions, faults, and repairs to the appropriate department of external service provider and includes auditing and asset management.
Required Skills & Experience:
As a talented people leader, you will bring a breadth of experience in heavy machinery cleaning and waste management operations, including the planning of periodic cleaning, asset management, and auditing ideally within a large-scale venue setting a world-class cleaning standard. You will be highly organized, resourceful and have a hands-on approach to the training and development, and supervisory of your team members. To succeed, you will have a ‘can do’ attitude without the compromise of safety, be resilient with strong customer service and communication skills and be able to establish good working relationships. You will have working rights in Australia and be over the age of 18.
